Welcome to Salix Sauna & Wellness Suites, operated by Wagner Capital Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms: 

1. Use of Services 
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or obtain parental consent. Our services are intended for personal wellness and are not substitutes for medical care. 

2. Appointments & Cancellations 
Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a fee. No-shows may result in forfeited sessions or charges as outlined in your membership or package agreement. 

3. Payments & Refunds 
Payments are due at the time of booking. All sales are final. Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. 

4. Liability 
By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with infrared saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, and physical activity. We are not responsible for injury, health complications, or property loss. Consult your healthcare provider before use. 

5. Intellectual Property 
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Wagner Capital Group LLC. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent.

6. Modifications 
We reserve the right to modify services, prices, hours, or policies at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website. 

7. Governing Law 
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
